CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY 48+ HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the appointment may be made without a cancellation fee. 24–48 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES: Same-day cancellations and reschedules are treated exactly the same. Rescheduling an appointment does not eliminate or reduce the applicable cancellation fee. Same-day changes will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. NO-SHOWS: A no-show will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. A new deposit may also be required before another appointment can be booked.
